Day 13. Sunday sept 3
Carl had a good night again, when I came into his room this morning he was eating an omelette. He has been walking in the hallway, walked 300 ft - 2 x today so far. After lunch had nausea and was given zofran and tums with good relief. The PICC line insertion is suppose to happen this afternoon with some sedation because he has hard time having his head down. Please pray the procedure goes easily and they can start the TPN( IV nutrition)today. His pain is around 4-5/10 at rest.
Psalm 91:4
"God will cover you with his feathers and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.you will not fear."
Blessings to each of you!
